No. 100% of all the ingredients in Seasilver® are suspended in solution, Matrix Aloe Vera™.

It has a recommended shelf life of 1 year. We suggest consumption within 60 days after opening.

The recommended amount is 1 ounce 2 times a day for the first month, then a maintenance amount of 1 ounce per day under 150 pounds and 2 ounces per day over 150 pounds.
